Dr. Robert Morton, Medical Director
Dr. Morton received his medical degree from OU Medical School and completed his internship and medical residency at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Morton went on to complete a Fellowship with the National Institute of Health. After maintaining a private practice in internal medicine for more than 20 years, Dr. Morton completed a psychiatric residency fellowship at OU Medical School.

Dr. Morton joined the Medical Staff of Rolling Hills Hospital in June of 2003 as the Medical Director. His compassion and commitment to providing the best possible patient care has been instrumental in the growth of the hospital. Under his leadership, Rolling Hills has developed two new psychiatric treatment programs, geriatric and developmentally disabled. Both programs have been well received by the community, patients and providers and have filled voids in psychiatric treatment for this area of the state.

Dr. Everett Bayne
Dr. Everett Bayne received his medical degree from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and also completed his medical residency in psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Bayne joined the Medical Staff of Rolling Hills Hospital in 1997 as a staff psychiatrist and held the position of Medical Director from 1997 until 2003.

During his time at the facility he has been an active participant in multiple clinical committees including performance improvement, infection control and pharmacy & therapeutics. In addition to practicing at Rolling Hills Hospital, Dr. Bayne also serves as the primary psychiatrist for Midwest Health Association in Ada, Oklahoma.

Dr. Jon Christopher Webb
Rolling Hills Hospital is proud to announce the addition of Jon Christopher Webb, M.D., to the medical staff at Rolling Hills Hospital. Dr. Webb will assess, diagnose, and care primarily for adults seeking inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse treatment. Dr. Webb, along with Dr. Morton, is dedicated to providing quality psychiatric care to individuals, their families, and the community.

Dr. Webb’s psychiatric career began nearly thirty years ago (1978) with his internship and residency at the Menninger School of Psychiatry, Topeka, Kansas. Since the completion of his residency, Dr. Webb has served the mental health community in many capacities. He has served as Medical Director at various facilities, including Campbell County Community Hospital (Gillette, Wyoming), Carlsbad Medical Center (Carlsbad, New Mexico), and St. Mary-Corwin Hospital (Pueblo, Colorado).
Dr. Webb’s experiences have not been limited to just helping those in psychiatric crisis. His expertise has crossed over into the teaching realm as well. He has had professorships at the University of Texas Health Science Center (San Antonio, Texas) and the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine (Tulsa, Oklahoma), and was a Psychiatry Clinical Instructor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma).

Dr. Richard Zielinski
Dr. Zielinski received his medical degree from Temple Medical School and completed his internship and medical residency at Geisinger Medical Center. After working and specializing in family practice for more than 17 years, Dr. Zielinski completed a psychiatric residency fellowship at the University of Oklahoma.

Dr.Zielinski joined the Medical Staff of Rolling Hills Hospital in June of 2003 as a staff psychiatrist. His care and dedication to the patients has been instrumental in the progress of the facility. In addition to practicing at Rolling Hills Hospital, Dr. Zielinski also serves as the Director of the Oklahoma Crisis Center.
