Joni M. Fowler, MS/LPC

Ms. Fowler has been a mental health professional for over 25 years. She has worked in the private sector, as well as serving 11 years as the Leader of the PACT Team for with Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and substance abuse services. Here she gained extensive experience working solely with patients with Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorders. Ms. Fowler has served in a variety of leadership roles including admissions director and director of clinical and outpatient services. She was instrumental in the opening of the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program at Rolling Hills. Ms. Fowler is EMDR trained and has vast experience working with the intellectually disabled population.
