Shana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management from East Central University and has worked in her field for nearly 30 years. She has worked in home health as a chart auditor, and at a general medical hospital in Medical Staff Services then later the Director of Health Information Management. She has worked as the Director of Health Information Management at Rolling Hills Hospital for the past seven years.
